Ingredients

  • 1 c
    vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 small
    gala apple chopped
  • 1/2 c
    old fashioned oats
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 2 pkg
    no calorie sweetener

How to Make APPLE VANILLA OATMEAL BOWL

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients in a non stick pot. Bring to boil and then reduce to simmer. Stir often until very thick. (10-12 minutes)
  2. Top with additional apples or berries. EAT
