- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 small gala apple chopped
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 2 packages no calorie sweetener
How To Make apple vanilla oatmeal bowl

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a non stick pot. Bring to boil and then reduce to simmer. Stir often until very thick. (10-12 minutes)
