Breakfast is a great way to start the day. So I like to change it up, Plus making a health breakfast is good for you.. With a bit of sass.

  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 c
  • 1/3 c
    white flour
  • 1/4 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    fat-free milk
  • 1/4 c
    egg substitute
  • 2 Tbsp
    corn oil
  • 2 medium
    apples, peeled and finely sliced
  • 2 tsp
  • 1/4 c
    water, if necessary

How to Make Apple Pancakes


  1. Combine all ingredients until smooth, If necessary add extra water until batter is med thick
  2. Drop rounded tablespoon of batter on a nonstick pan heat on med heat.
  3. Cook until bubbles form on the top of the pancakes. Turn over once until brown on both side.
