apples, peeled and finely sliced
water, if necessary
1Combine all ingredients until smooth, If necessary add extra water until batter is med thick
2Drop rounded tablespoon of batter on a nonstick pan heat on med heat.
3Cook until bubbles form on the top of the pancakes. Turn over once until brown on both side.
