Breakfast is a great way to start the day. So I like to change it up, Plus making a health breakfast is good for you.. With a bit of sass.

1/3 c
white flour
1/4 c
whole wheat flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1 c
fat-free milk
1/4 c
egg substitute
2 Tbsp
corn oil
2 medium
apples, peeled and finely sliced
2 tsp
1/4 c
water, if necessary

How to Make Apple Pancakes


  • 1Combine all ingredients until smooth, If necessary add extra water until batter is med thick
  • 2Drop rounded tablespoon of batter on a nonstick pan heat on med heat.
  • 3Cook until bubbles form on the top of the pancakes. Turn over once until brown on both side.
