Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/3 cup white flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
- 2 medium apples, peeled and finely sliced
- 2 teaspoons splendia
- 1/4 cup water, if necessary
How To Make apple pancakes

Step 1Combine all ingredients until smooth, If necessary add extra water until batter is med thick

Step 2Drop rounded tablespoon of batter on a nonstick pan heat on med heat.

Step 3Cook until bubbles form on the top of the pancakes. Turn over once until brown on both side.
