Breakfast is a great way to start the day. So I like to change it up, Plus making a health breakfast is good for you.. With a bit of sass.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup white flour
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and finely sliced
  • 2 teaspoons splendia
  • 1/4 cup water, if necessary

How To Make apple pancakes

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients until smooth, If necessary add extra water until batter is med thick
  • Step 2
    Drop rounded tablespoon of batter on a nonstick pan heat on med heat.
  • Step 3
    Cook until bubbles form on the top of the pancakes. Turn over once until brown on both side.
