1Heat oven to 375^. Boil 1 cup apple cider and 1/2 cup dried apples in a saucepan until reduced to 1/4 cup. Mix sugar, butter,peanut butter,cider, vanilla and egg in a large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients except cereal. Gently stir in cereal. Pour into ungreased 9x13-inch buttered baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Cut into bars.
