western egg white omelet with pepperjack
While on a diet, I was trying to find a recipe for a healthy alternative to a western omelet. I decided to try my own combination of eggs, ham, cheese, and vegetables. It was a delightful surprise, and very filling!

Ingredients
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/8 cup chopped onions
- 1/8 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/8 cup chopped tomato
- 1 slice lean ham, chopped
- 1 - 2 slices pepperjack cheese (or any other type)
- - non-fat cooking spray
How To Make western egg white omelet with pepperjack

Step 1mix egg whites, vegetables, ham in small bowl. Spray frying pan with non-fat cooking spray over medium heat until hot. Add egg mix to pan and let it cook on 1 side until done.

Step 2Flip omelet over to undone side, place cheese slice(s) in center, and roll edges up to cover. Cook over low heat until done.

Step 3Serve with fruit slices or hash brown potatoes.
