While on a diet, I was trying to find a recipe for a healthy alternative to a western omelet. I decided to try my own combination of eggs, ham, cheese, and vegetables. It was a delightful surprise, and very filling!
Ingredients For western egg white omelet with pepperjack
3 lg
egg whites
1/8 c
chopped onions
1/8 c
chopped bell pepper
1/8 c
chopped tomato
1 slice
lean ham, chopped
1 - 2 slice
pepperjack cheese (or any other type)
non-fat cooking spray
How To Make western egg white omelet with pepperjack

mix egg whites, vegetables, ham in small bowl. Spray frying pan with non-fat cooking spray over medium heat until hot. Add egg mix to pan and let it cook on 1 side until done.

Flip omelet over to undone side, place cheese slice(s) in center, and roll edges up to cover. Cook over low heat until done.

Serve with fruit slices or hash brown potatoes.
