Ingredients
- 1 package morningstar farms 'sausage' crumbles
- 1/2 large green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 large red or orange bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 5 - large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 - flour tortillas
How To Make vegetarian breakfast burritos

Step 1Fry 'sausage' crumbles until browned, about 10 minutes on medium heat. Add peppers and corn, cook approx. 10 minutes more. Meanwhile, scramble eggs in a separate pan. I like to add the cheese to the eggs when I make them as well. You can use the same pan, I just prefer to use two pans. Combine the 'sausage' to the eggs, mix well. Serve in tortillas. YUM!
