Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    morningstar farms 'sausage' crumbles
  • 1/2 large
    green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 large
    red or orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c
    frozen corn
  • 5
    large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 4 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8
    flour tortillas

How to Make Vegetarian Breakfast Burritos

Step-by-Step

  1. Fry 'sausage' crumbles until browned, about 10 minutes on medium heat. Add peppers and corn, cook approx. 10 minutes more.

    Meanwhile, scramble eggs in a separate pan. I like to add the cheese to the eggs when I make them as well. You can use the same pan, I just prefer to use two pans.

    Combine the 'sausage' to the eggs, mix well.

    Serve in tortillas. YUM!
