2 largeeggs or egg substitute
1 Tbspfat free milk
1 smallcan of favorite veggie i used zuchini with chopped tomatoes & onions
1/4 cgrated cheese i used cheddar
1/8 tspto taste onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, grillmates spice & parsley flakes
1 Tbspunsalted butter
How to Make Vegetable Omlette
- Using unsalted butter rub entire inside of large microwave safe bowl break all eggs in bowl add milk and spices and scramble until well blended.
- Microwave on high for one minute stir until well mixed Continue to microwave in 30 sec. to 1 min. intervals until eggs are almost set. Stirring after each minute. Add precooked vegetables and finish cooking until desired doneness.I use metal potato masher to combine Add cheese and mix well. Serve hot Enjoy!
