Ingredients
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon romano cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoons arugula chopped
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 small vine ripe tomato sliced
- 1 - whole wheat lavash bread
- 1 - cooking spray light
- 2-3 slices fresh fruit or berries
How To Make unique breakfast burritos

Step 1Using a non-stick skillet,lightly spray the pan with the oil,add the eggs and proceed to prepare as if you are making an omelette.Eggs first,then the teaspoon of cheese,pepper,arugula,and the tomato.Fold it over after a few minutes to form a rectangular shaped omelette.

Step 2Warm your lavash for a few seconds in the microwave and slide the omelette about 1/3 of the way down on the bread and roll it up using the envelope method,slice on an angle and plate it with the fruit of your liking,Enjoy!!!!:)

Step 3Note:You can usually find the lavash in your grocers deli section or tortilla section.Another substitute you can try is called roll ups which are made by Sara Lee I believe.They both contain much less calories than flour tortillas!
