  • 3/4 cup liquid egg substitute
  • 1/4 cup dry stove top stuffing mix (your choice of flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried craisins
  • 1 tablespoon fat free turkey gravy
  • 1 ounce cooked and chopped chicken breast (i subed lean chopped turkey)
  • - salt and pepper to taste (my addition:)

How To Make thanksgiving egg mug

  • Step 1
Nuke the stuffing with 2 Tablespoons of water for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  • Step 2
Spray a large mug with non-stick spray.(I use those oversize coffee mugs for this!) Combine egg, minced onion, salt and pepper. Nuke for 1 minute.
  • Step 3
Stir in the craisins and chicken or turkey. Nuke for another 1 minute and 30 secs or until set. I found that I had to add some extra minutes...depends on your microwave.
  • Step 4
Stir in your stuffing and top with gravy. Enjoy
