How to Make Thanksgiving Egg Mug

  • 1Nuke the stuffing with 2 Tablespoons of water for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  • 2Spray a large mug with non-stick spray.(I use those oversize coffee mugs for this!) Combine egg, minced onion, salt and pepper. Nuke for 1 minute.
  • 3Stir in the craisins and chicken or turkey. Nuke for another 1 minute and 30 secs or until set. I found that I had to add some extra minutes...depends on your microwave.
  • 4Stir in your stuffing and top with gravy.
