Strawberry Cheese Cake Crepes
Use a non stick pan. The size of the pan desides the size of the crepes. tiny ones are nice for a party, small ones make nice dessert ones and larger ones are for the serious crepe eater
- 1/2 c
- sliced strawberries ( add 2 tbls sugar and allow to sit 30 hour)
- 8 oz
- cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 pkg
- cheese cake instant pudding mix with milk it calls for
- 1/3 c
- cool whip
MORE COOL WHIP FOR GARNISH
Note: I make these up ahead and freeze.
1 1/2 C all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking pdr
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbs sugar
2 C milk
2 Lg eggs
2 Tbs melted butter
Spray a medium Skillet, with oil.
Pour 1/4-1/2 Cup crepe mix into Med High Heated Skillet/Pan, Cook until Brown turn and repeat on other side.
