It was my turn to cook breakfast today. Eric loves my crepes. I think it is because I am always changing them. Use a non stick pan. The size of the pan desides the size of the crepes. tiny ones are nice for a party, small ones make nice dessert ones and larger ones are for the serious crepe eater

Ingredients For strawberry cheese cake crepes

  • 1/2 c
    sliced strawberries ( add 2 tbls sugar and allow to sit 30 hour)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 pkg
    cheese cake instant pudding mix with milk it calls for
  • 1/3 c
    cool whip

How To Make strawberry cheese cake crepes

    Mix strawberry slices with sugar and set a side. Note: I make these up ahead and freeze.

    Beat together strawberries, cream cheese, milk from pudding directions, and instant pudding. Set a side.

    Make crepes from your recipe or use the one below. Put filling in center and roll up top with whipped cream and serve.

    Crepes 1 1/2 C all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking pdr 1/4 tsp salt 2 Tbs sugar 2 C milk 2 Lg eggs 2 Tbs melted butter Spray a medium Skillet, with oil. Pour 1/4-1/2 Cup crepe mix into Med High Heated Skillet/Pan, Cook until Brown turn and repeat on other side.
