- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 slices tomatoes
- 1 - handful spinach, chopped
- 1 tablespoon goat cheese
- - salt/pepper
- 1 teaspoon butter
How To Make spinach, tomato, goat cheese omelette

Step 1Combine well the eggs & milk,add salt& pepper.

Step 2in a non stick skillet, put on medium and add butter, pour the egg mixture and swirl around till half set.

Step 3put the spinach, tomatoes and goat cheese and fold over, cover and let it finish setting a couple more minutes.
