3/4 c
mushrooms, chopped
1/4 c
chopped onions
1 c
baby spinach
2 Tbsp
1/4 c
1/2 c
mozzarella cheese, shredded

How to Make Spinach Mushroom Frittata


  • 1Put butter in medium size non stick skillet on medium high heat. When butter is melted, add chopped mushrooms and onions. Saute for 5-10 minutes.
  • 2Add spinach to skillet and cover. Beat eggs with the milk. When spinach is wilted, pour in egg mixture and stir.
  • 3Let cook until almost set. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Put in oven under broiler for about 5 minutes, until eggs are set and cheese is slightly golden. Slice in quarters, and serve.
