11. Bring a small pot of water to a boil; reduce heat to low.
2. Slowly crack egg into the pot of hot water to cook; meanwhile, toast bread as desired. Spread light butter on toast.
3. Once egg white is cooked and yoke can barely be seen, the egg is ready. Carefully scoop egg out and place it onto toast, then sprinkle just a bit of salt and pepper onto egg. Break open golden yolk and enjoy! Simple breakfast but delicious
