Ingredients For seasoned scrambled eggs

  • 4
    egg whites
  • 3
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    reduced-fat ranch salad dressing
  • 2 tsp
    mustard, spicy brown
  • 1 tsp
    fresh parsley, minced, or fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste, if desired
  • 1 tsp
    canola oil
  • 1/4 c
    part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

How To Make seasoned scrambled eggs

  • 1
    In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg whites and eggs. Stir in the salad dressing, mustard, parsley and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper if desired.

    In a large, non-stick skillet cook egg mixture in oil over medium heat for 2 minutes or until eggs are almost set.

    Stir in cheese. Cook for 1 minute more or until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
