A tasty variation on scrambled eggs. We like this for luch, as we don't usually eat a big breakfast.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp
unsalted butter
4 large
eggs
2 Tbsp
cream (or milk)
1/2 c
diced salami
1 c
shredded cheese (i used a mix of chedder and jack)
salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Scrambled Eggs With Cheese & Salami For Two

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
  • 2Whisk eggs and cream in a bowl.
  • 3When butter is melted, add eggs to pan and let cook without stirring for 1 minute. When edges start to firm, add salami and cheese and stir lightly until eggs are done to your liking. (I like mine soft and bit wet).
  • 4Season with salt and pepper and serve with toast.
