How to Make Scrambled Eggs With Cheese & Salami For Two
- 1Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
- 2Whisk eggs and cream in a bowl.
- 3When butter is melted, add eggs to pan and let cook without stirring for 1 minute. When edges start to firm, add salami and cheese and stir lightly until eggs are done to your liking. (I like mine soft and bit wet).
- 4Season with salt and pepper and serve with toast.
