scrambled eggs with cheese & salami for two
A tasty variation on scrambled eggs. We like this for lunch or dinner, as we don't usually eat a big breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons cream (or milk)
- 1/2 cup diced salami
- 1 cup shredded cheese (i used a mix of chedder and jack)
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make scrambled eggs with cheese & salami for two

Step 1Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.

Step 2Whisk eggs and cream in a bowl.

Step 3When butter is melted, add eggs to pan and let cook without stirring for 1 minute. When edges start to firm, add salami and cheese and stir lightly until eggs are done to your liking. (I like mine soft and bit wet).

Step 4Season with salt and pepper and serve with toast.
