My grandchildren can be picky eaters but they eat every bite of these eggs and request me to make them for breakfast.

Ingredients
- 6 - eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons water
- dash salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- - cooking spray
- - salt, to taste
How To Make perfect scrambled eggs

Step 1Beat eggs, water and salt.

Step 2Spray skillet with cooking spray and wipe excess with paper towel. Heat skillet on LOW then add butter, being careful not to brown. Make sure melted butter covers bottom of skillet. Note: I use a 10-inch iron skillet.

Step 3Pour egg mixture into heated skillet and butter. Do not stir until bottom of eggs appear set. Cooking over low/med heat, gently fold over and stir occasionally until eggs are done but not dry.

Step 4Sprinkle lightly with salt and serve while warm. Recipe may be doubled.
