On a vacation at the Melia hotel in Puerta Vallarta we had omlets in the morning. It was done a little differently than here but once you had them you came back the next day for more. The Melia is an all inclusive motel with 4 places to eat add are included. http://www.melia-puerto-vallarta.com/

2 large eggs

How To Make omlets "melia hotel in puerta vallarta, mexico

Step 1

In a bowl beat two eggs and add to that bowl 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, and the toppings you like. Beat it all together.

Step 2

Pour it into a hot greased pan and fry turning once and deliver folded in half.
Step 3

NOTE: The first bite was a little strange. Never had Parmesan with eggs before. But by the end of the omlet I was a big fan
