This is a delightful breakfast sandwich that you will love. It's healthier than the other traditional bacon, egg and cheese breakfast. It has Oatmeal, Turkey Bacon and Eggs all rolled up into one. A treat for sore appetites!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices nature's own oatmeal toasters, cranberry orange. toasted.
  • 2 slices jennie-o turkey bacon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How To Make oatmeal toasters breakfast sandwich

  • Step 1
    Use a small skillet to fry bacon and egg. I like to grease bottom on pan with 1 tbsp butter to lightly fry the turkey bacon. Fry each side of bacon, 1 min per side.
  • Step 2
    Use a small skillet to lightly scramble 1 egg. Dont over cook it. lightly scramble for about 2 mins with one flip. Add 1 slice of cheese.
  • Step 3
    Assemble breakfast sandwich on toasted bread; egg, bacon. Top with sliced bread.
