no-flour banana pancakes
I want to start out by saying that this is not my own recipe, but it is definitely one my family loves. It is extremely tasty, quick and best of all, gluten-free. A friend of my mom posted this recipe on Facebook not too long ago and I quickly made it and was in heaven! It's a must try, especially if you are looking for a healthier alternative to regular pancakes.

Ingredients
- 1 - banana, mashed
- 2 - eggs
- - coconut oil, butter or butter spray
How To Make no-flour banana pancakes

Step 1In a small bowl, mash banana using a fork.

Step 2Add the two eggs and whisk well.

Step 3Put a dab of coconut oil on pan and heat.

Step 4Pour batter onto hot skillet or pan by the spoonful to make round pancakes. Flip them over as soon as the first side seems done. You will know when they are done if they no longer look runny on the top side.

Step 5*These wonderful pancakes can be served with maple syrup, fruit, nutella or anything else your heart desires. However, I just like mine plain. Enjoy!
