This quiche is so delicious, it doesn't need the crust (which makes it super low carb)!

Ingredients

eggs
1 c
heavy cream
1/2 c
milk
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1 1/2 c
swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c
frozen spinach, defrosted
1/4 c
frozen diced onions, defrosted

How to Make No Crust Quiche

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
  • 2Mix all ingredients togeter.
  • 3Spray casserole dish (I used 8x10) with cooking spray.
  • 4Bake for 45 minutes. Use toothpick to test for doneness. Delicious whether served hot or at room temperature.
  • 5This recipe is so versatile, you can use any combination of vegetables/cheese and/or use Egg Beaters instead of eggs. It can also be baked in a 9" deep dish pie crust.
