Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach, defrosted
- 1/4 cup frozen diced onions, defrosted
How To Make no crust quiche

Step 1Preheat oven at 375 degrees.

Step 2Mix all ingredients togeter.

Step 3Spray casserole dish (I used 8x10) with cooking spray.

Step 4Bake for 45 minutes. Use toothpick to test for doneness. Delicious whether served hot or at room temperature.

Step 5This recipe is so versatile, you can use any combination of vegetables/cheese and/or use Egg Beaters instead of eggs. It can also be baked in a 9" deep dish pie crust.
