How to Make Maple-infused banana pancakes
- 1Peel and slice 2 bananas into 1/4" slices. Combine syrup and buttter in small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over med-low. Stir in sliced bananas. Remove pan from heat.
- 2Mash remaining banana in lg bowl. Whisk in eggs, sugaar aand milk. Whisk in bisquick mix. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray and place over medium heat.
- 3Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet. When pancake starts to bubble, flip over and cook until slightly browned. Repeat w/ remaining batter. Serve pancake w/ banana syrup.
