1in large non stick skillet:
cook hash browns according to box directions. add the garlic,onion and ham. stirring constantly as to no to stick add eggs and continue till eggs are cooked. folding in to hash browns till cooked.
2sprinkle with string cheese and cook for 5 minutes on med heat. sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
3setup plates:on six plates place three warmed tortillas overlapping each other. in center place a large ladle of egg and hash mixture. serve with a side of salsa
