Ingredients
- 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 2 - mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup torn baby spinach leaves
- 2 - turkey sausage patties, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 - whole wheat tortillas
How To Make lo-cal sausage, egg and cheese roll-ups

Step 1Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, scarmble together egg beaters, veggies and sausage.

Step 2Pour mix into skillet. Cook, stirring often to scramble. Add cheese, and stir until melted. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 3Heat each tortilla in skillet on both sides until warmed. Fill tortillas evenly w/ filling. I serve w/ a splash of hot sauce.
