HollyAnn's Stop The Music Deviled Eggs
My family all enjoy Sweet Chow-Chow so these are a hit for us!
---Another recipe from "Deviled Eggs Cookbook".
- 6 medium
- hard-cooked eggs, peeled, cut in half, and yolks mashed in a bowl
- 1/4 c
- 2 - 3 Tbsp
- 2 tsp
- prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp
- black pepper, to your taste
- paprika, hot or sweet
How to Make HollyAnn's Stop The Music Deviled Eggs
- 1Combine the thoroughly mashed yolks and mayonnaise until fairly smooth. Mix in the chow-chow, mustard, salt and pepper.
My Chow-Chow had alot of juice and I tried to drain the cabbage and veggies the best I could but it still made my mixture a little less thick than I like. I think next time I will put the Chow-Chow in a strainer and press it with a fork.
