Very easy and quick healthy breakfast.
All ingredients are put in a mug and nuked. Can easily be doubled for 2 mugs.

  • egg beater
    equivalent to 2 eggs.
  • 2 Tbsp
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 2 Tbsp
    deli-style ham, diced.
  • 1 stick
    diced green bell pepper.
  • pinch
    slat and pepper to taste.

How to Make Healthy "wipe that mug off your face," omelet


  1. Spray a lg microwave-safe mug w/ cooking spray. In mug, combine all ingredients. Microwave on high 1 min. Stir. Microwave another 1-2 min, or until eggs are set.
