- egg beater - equivalent to 2 eggs.
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese.
- 2 tablespoons deli-style ham, diced.
- 1 stick diced green bell pepper.
- pinch - slat and pepper to taste.

Step 1Spray a lg microwave-safe mug w/ cooking spray. In mug, combine all ingredients. Microwave on high 1 min. Stir. Microwave another 1-2 min, or until eggs are set.
