I wanted to use a bit of my fresh tomatoes off the vine this morning. This sandwich was really good and gave me the energy I needed to start my day!

Ingredients
- 1-2 - egg whites
- 2 - thin slices ripe tomato
- 1 - slice low fat colby jack cheese
- 1 - wheat deli thin bun-or bagel thin, toasted
- - butter spray
- - salt and pepper
How To Make healthy-start breakfast sammie

Step 1Heat a small non-stick pan on med-high. Spray with cooking spray.

Step 2Add the egg whites and cook till set on the bottom (about a minute). Flip over and sprinkle with salt and peper. Add the tomato slices and cheese.

Step 3Cover the pan. It is done when the cheese looks melted. Serve on toasted bun sprayed with butter spray.
