I wanted to use a bit of my fresh tomatoes off the vine this morning. This sandwich was really good and gave me the energy I needed to start my day!

wheat deli thin bun-or bagel thin, toasted
butter spray
salt and pepper

How to Make Healthy-Start breakfast sammie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat a small non-stick pan on med-high. Spray with cooking spray.
  • 2Add the egg whites and cook till set on the bottom (about a minute). Flip over and sprinkle with salt and peper. Add the tomato slices and cheese.
  • 3Cover the pan. It is done when the cheese looks melted. Serve on toasted bun sprayed with butter spray.
