- 2Add the egg whites and cook till set on the bottom (about a minute). Flip over and sprinkle with salt and peper. Add the tomato slices and cheese.
- 3Cover the pan. It is done when the cheese looks melted. Serve on toasted bun sprayed with butter spray.
