How to Make Healthy Omelet
- chopped up my fillings and cooked them for about 3 minutes in a frying pan sprayed with Pam. We like a little crunch in our veggies. Remove to a bowl. In same pan, put eggs and cook on low, gently pulling in the sides till eggs are 95% cooked. Pour filling in and cover pan so eggs can cook the rest of the way. Fold over and slide onto plate. Very healthy and delicious.
