I just started eating spinach and now I put it in many different dishes and switched out lettuce for it too! I will post pictures another time :) These eggs are so good!

Ingredients
- 3 medium egg whites
- 1 small tomatoe
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped spinach
- 1-2 tablespoon feta cheese
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
How To Make happy, healthy, eggs

Step 1Crack eggs and seperate egg whites into bowl. Discard yolks and beat egg whites. Add chopped tomatoe, spinach, feta, and salt and pepper to egg whites. Whisk again.

Step 2Heat pan on medium to medium-high; use cooking spray and lightly coat pan. Once heated, add mixture and cook until eggs are set.
