How to Make Happy, Healthy, Eggs
1Crack eggs and seperate egg whites into bowl. Discard yolks and beat egg whites. Add chopped tomatoe, spinach, feta, and salt and pepper to egg whites. Whisk again.
2Heat pan on medium to medium-high; use cooking spray and lightly coat pan. Once heated, add mixture and cook until eggs are set.
