1 calphabet pasta, uncooked
3/4 cfinely chopped cooked ham (about 1/4 pound)
3/4 cfinely chopped swiss cheese (about 1/4 pound)
1/4 cfinely chopped onion
1/2 cwhipping cream
2 largeeggs, lightly beaten
1/8 tspground nutmeg
How to Make Ham and Noodle Quiches
- Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain well.
- Combine the pasta, ham, Swiss cheese and onion in a large bowl; stir well. Spoon evenly into greased miniature (1 3/4 inch) muffin pans.
- Combine whipping cream and remaining ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the pasta mixture in the muffin pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Remove from pans; serve immediately.
