ham and cheese quiche
This is Hank enjoying the breakfast I made for him when he came over. Now that it has been three months since he moved out we have both transitioned into the next chapter of Mom and Son and it is great. One of the things I miss the most is cooking and sharing meals, so this was a great morning!

- 1 - package pie crust
- 6 - eggs
- 3 - ham slices, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons best foods mayo, or hellman's

- 1/4 - cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 - cup red pepper, diced
How To Make ham and cheese quiche
-
Step 1Thaw one pie crust circle. Put into pie plate and press in. Sprinkle the cheese evenly and then put the ham pieces evenly. Set aside.
-
Step 2Crack six eggs into a bowl and beat for 30 seconds, add mayo and milk, once well mixed add salt and pepper. Pour over the ingredients in pie plate using a spoon to move the eggs and cheese around so the egg is all the way down to the crust.
-
Step 3Bake at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool for 10-15 minutes so it can set up before cutting into it.
- Last Step: Don't forget to share! Post a picture of your finished recipe here and on your favorite social network. Don't forget to tag Just A Pinch and include #justapinchrecipes!
