When my daughter Noel was a little girl... she always asked me to make this for her... one year she had a birthday party sleep over and I made this for 65 kids!!! I now make this for my grandchildren while they are reading the book "Green Eggs and Ham" We love to play with our food!

Ingredients
- HAM
- 1 1/2 teaspoons butter (for frying ham)
- 6 12 slices ham
- GREEN EGGS
- 6-8 large eggs (very well beaten)
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 dashes salt and white pepper
- - green food coloring to desired color
- 1 tablespoon butter for cooking eggs
How To Make green eggs and ham breakfast !

Step 1Melt butter in skillet and fry slices of ham.

Step 2Beat eggs well. Add water salt and pepper and food coloring. Beat together well.

Step 3Melt butter in skillet and add the beaten egg mixture.

Step 4Scramble the eggs over medium heat. (Don't over cook and dry out the eggs).

Step 5Place cooked eggs and ham on plates!

Step 6OPTIONAL: This can be served with buns or English Muffins for sandwiches, with waffles or pancakes, or just like the photo shows! Anyway you serve this is good!
