gavin's cheesy eggs supreme !

My 8 year old grandson Gavin made up this recipe this morning (5-29-11). Gavin loves to help create recipes with me. He created and named this recipe for me to post on Just A Pinch. Ingredients

  • 1/3 - green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/3 - red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 - roma tomato (diced)
  • 5 slices spam (diced)
  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti noodles
  • 2 large eggs (beaten with 2 tablespoons water
  • - salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 3 slices american cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How To Make gavin's cheesy eggs supreme !

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in skillet.
  • Step 2
    Prepare all of the veggies, put into buttered skillet. Add spaghetti noodles to skillet.
  • Step 3
    On Medium heat, stir fry the ingredients in skillet. Beat eggs, salt, pepper and water together for about 3 minutes with a whisk or fork. Pour over everything in the skillet. Gently stir and fold over until eggs are cooked.
  • The finished meal.... so good!
    Step 4
    Place three slices of cheese on top of the egg and veggie and meat mixture. Break it up a bit to not have squares of cheese. When barely melted, serve!
