10 large
eggs
1/3 c
fat-free milk
1/2 tsp
salt
4 dash(es)
hot pepper sauce
1/2 lb
bacon, cooked, crumbled
1
4 oz can blck olives, drained
2
plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c
chopped green onion
1/3 c
sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 c
reduced-fat, shredded colby jack cheese.

How to Make Full of it omelet

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 8" baking pan w/ cooking spray.
  • 2In lg bowl, combine eggs and milk w/ mixer. Beat until frothy.
  • 3Beat in salt and hot pepper sauce. Stir in bacon, olives, tomatoes, green onions, mushrooms and cheese. Pour into pan. Bake 40-50 min, or until eggs are set in center.
