Ingredients
- 10 large eggs
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1 - 4 oz can blck olives, drained
- 2 - plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/3 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat, shredded colby jack cheese.

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 8" baking pan w/ cooking spray.

Step 2In lg bowl, combine eggs and milk w/ mixer. Beat until frothy.

Step 3Beat in salt and hot pepper sauce. Stir in bacon, olives, tomatoes, green onions, mushrooms and cheese. Pour into pan. Bake 40-50 min, or until eggs are set in center.
