I am trying to eat a little bit cleaner, every once in a well the naughty food. but this is a great egg salad you'll never miss the mayo...Yummo

Ingredients
- 3 - hard boiled eggs whites, chopped
- 1 - hard boiled eggs yolk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 cup fat free cottege cheese, drained
- 1 teaspoon fat- free skim milk
- 1/4 cup celery , chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- - salt and pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
How To Make egg salad (eat-clean diet)

Step 1Boil eggs as desired.. Peel and chopped; then set aside.

Step 2In a blender add the cottege cheese , mil and mustard until smooth. Add the eggs, onion ,celery, salt pepper and celery seed. Mix well until combine. Chill for 1 hour. Serve on melba toast, 100% whole wheat bread..
