This omelette is my husband's fav as he likes the taste of onion and chilli. We have it generally in breakfast or sometimes just as snacks.

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1 - green chilli, fresh [optional]
- 1 tablespoon oil
- - salt to taste
How To Make egg onion omelette

Step 1Mix chopped onion, chilli, salt, and eggs and beat till fluffy.

Step 2Heat oil and add the egg onion mixture. Let it set and cook for 2-3 minutes in low flame or low power when you can just turn it and cook for another 2 minutes.
