Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) canned white potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup real bacon pieces (i use the kirkland brand from costco)
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup extra sharp shredded cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make easy skillet scramble

Step 1Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add sliced potatoes and cook until they start to brown.

Step 2Add bacon pieces and cook until heated through.

Step 3Whisk eggs well in a bowl and pour over the potatoes and bacon. Let cook until the eggs start to set and add cheese. Scramble it all with a fork until eggs are set and cheese is melted.

Step 4Serve with toast and jam.
