How to Make Easy Saturday Morning Skillet Breakfast
- First heat the oilin a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add in the hash browns & breakfast susage. Cook for abotu 5 mins or until hash browns are browned. Make sure stirring occasionally.
- In a medium bowl beat the egs with the milk & mustard with a whisk or fork until well blended. Then pour evenly over the hash brown mixture. Cover & reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 8 mins or until eggs are set.
- Then sprinkle the cheese over, cook frying pan, & let ecook a little longer or until cheese has melted. Cut into 6 wedges to serve.
