I have never been good t flipping an omlete. But am good at making this only cause I dont have to flip this one lol. I make this at least once a month.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 cups hash brown potatoes, frozen
- 4 - breakfast sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 6 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make easy saturday morning skillet breakfast

Step 1First heat the oilin a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add in the hash browns & breakfast susage. Cook for abotu 5 mins or until hash browns are browned. Make sure stirring occasionally.

Step 2In a medium bowl beat the egs with the milk & mustard with a whisk or fork until well blended. Then pour evenly over the hash brown mixture. Cover & reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 8 mins or until eggs are set.

Step 3Then sprinkle the cheese over, cook frying pan, & let ecook a little longer or until cheese has melted. Cut into 6 wedges to serve.
