I have never been good t flipping an omlete. But am good at making this only cause I dont have to flip this one lol. I make this at least once a month.

canola oil
2 c
hash brown potatoes, frozen

breakfast sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

eggs
2 Tbsp
milk
1 tsp
yellow mustard
1/2 c
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Easy Saturday Morning Skillet Breakfast

Step-by-Step

  • 1First heat the oilin a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add in the hash browns & breakfast susage. Cook for abotu 5 mins or until hash browns are browned. Make sure stirring occasionally.
  • 2In a medium bowl beat the egs with the milk & mustard with a whisk or fork until well blended. Then pour evenly over the hash brown mixture. Cover & reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 8 mins or until eggs are set.
  • 3Then sprinkle the cheese over, cook frying pan, & let ecook a little longer or until cheese has melted. Cut into 6 wedges to serve.
