Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 cup egg beaters
- 1/2 cup diced fully cooked lean ham
- 1/4 teaspoon bunyan's diabetic seasoning rub (recipe on jap)
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 3 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed
How To Make diabetic cream cheese ham omelet

Step 1In a nonstick lg skillet, saute onion in olive oil until tender.

Step 2Reduce heat to medium; add egg substitute.

Step 3As eggs set, lift edges, letting uncooked portion flow underneath.

Step 4When the eggs are set, sprinkle ham and seasonings over one side.

Step 5Top with cream cheese cubes.

Step 6Fold omelet over filling.

Step 7Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 1-2 minutes or until cream cheese is melted.
