Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 cup egg beaters
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, cut up
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- - dried basil, for garnish
How To Make deliciously light quiche

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray.

Step 2In bowl, whisk milk and flour until smooth. Whisk in egg beaters, cottage cheese and cream cheese. It will be lumpy.

Step 3Stir in cheddar cheese, sugar and pepper. Pour mix into pan. Bake 45-50 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Garnish w/ basil.
