Perfect every time! So simple that you could practically do this blindfolded. A wonderful and fool-proof recipe for nights when you just aren't in the mood for making a heavy-hitting meal. Great for weekend breakfasts, brunches, for kids first recipe or the beginner cook, yet tastes like you put in a lot of effort. Serve with a salad and/or fruit and you're good to go.

- 3/4 cup milk or half and half
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make delicious quiche in 10 minutes or less
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, toss shredded cheese with flour until well coated. Place cheese/flour mixture into pie shell.
-
Step 2Spread ham or bacon evenly over cheese. Combine milk, eggs, salt, pepper, onion and green pepper. (I usually place the pie tin on a cookie sheet before pouring in the egg mixture... it's easier to carry to the oven.)
-
Step 3Carefully pour the egg mixture into the pie tin. Cover edges of crust with foil and bake at 375 degrees until center is set (knife comes out clean) usually 40-45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
