- 1 pound bacon
- 12 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 8oz - mushroom pieces
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 teaspoon parsley,dried.
- 1 medium onion,chopped
How To Make cream corn,eggs and bacon.

Step 1In a large cast iron skillet. Fry bacon till chrisp. Remove from skillet pat dry then crumble. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs,parsely,salt n pepper,and hot sauce. Now add corn and onion and mushrooms,mix well.

Step 2Pour out 1/2 of the drippings. In remaining drippings pour in egg mixture,cover and cook on med-high heat,Untill eggs are set. Befor serving sprinkle bacon,and i use a little cheese on top...Great eating.
