3-4 Tbsplard or vegetable oil
6stale corn tortillas, broken or cut into strips
1/2 cchopped onion
1/2 ccanned green chilies, chopped
1 cshre longhorn or cheddar cheese
How to Make CHILAQUILES
- heat lard or oul over high heat in a large frying pan.
- When oil is hot, fry tortillas until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Combine eggs, onion,chilies, and salt.
- Stir in the tortilla chips or strips. Cook until almost set, add cheese, and continue cooking until cheese melts and eggs are firm.
