Kids love these and can even help make their own breakfast! They are not just good for breakfast, they make a great any time meal. If you keep some frozen dinner rolls, some pre-cooked bacon, and a bag of shredded cheddar cheese on hand; you are half way there!

Ingredients For busy morning mini pizzas

    eggs
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 10
    frozen dinner yeast rolls, thawed
  • 10
    bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 c
    (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make busy morning mini pizzas

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk and salt/pepper. Melt butter in skillet; add the eggs. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are soft set. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Roll each thawed dinner roll into a 5 inch circle. Place on greased baking sheets. Spoon eggs evenly over crust. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
