Ingredients

  • 6 - eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • 1/4 cup refrigerated ranch dip
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fully-cooked bacon
  • - whole grain baguette slices or bagels, toasted

How To Make brunch egg spread

  • Step 1
    Place eggs, ranch dip, green onion, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse untl finely chopped. Spoon into serving bowl. Top with bacon.
  • Step 2
    Serve as a spread on toasted bagels or baguette slices.
