- 3or4 - eggs betten
- 1 1.5oz packages refrigerated butermilk biscuits 10 count
- 2oz - shredded cheese, your choice.
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce,or less.

Step 2In a 10 count muffin tin spray with cooking oil.. Take one biscuit at a time and form a cup in the muffin tin, bottom and sides. Now do each one to form a cup in each one. Fill each one with egg mix. sprinkle cheese over each cup.
