1In a large (12"-14") cast iron skillet melt butter over med heat.Add chopped onion cook for 2-3 min. Add corn beef hash, Stir lightly. Afer abought 5 min Press the hash and onions down evenly on to bottom of the skillet.
2with a large spoon make 6 holes in the hash. Drop an egg into each hole . Salt & pepper to taste. cover with lid ,Cook till eggs are set to your liking. Servr on toast.
