this is obviously a vegan replacement for scrambled eggs. I leave the food color out and use a little extra turmeric.

1/3 craw walnut pieces

1/3 craw cashew pieces

3 Tbspraw sunflower seeds

1/4 croasted sesame seeds

1/4 cnutritional yeast

2-3 tspkosher salt

dash(es)garlic powder

dash(es)turmeric, ground

dash(es)yellow mustard powder

BASIC SCRAMBLED “EGGS” MIX
-
1 pkg12oz soft silken tofu
-
1 pkg12oz extra firm silken tofu
-
1/4 cmimiccreme
-
3/4 c"egg" mix (above)
-
1 Tbspmellow white miso paste dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water
-
dash(es)of garlic powder
-
dash(es)of turmeric
-
dash(es)of yellow mustard powder
-
2 dash(es)of curry powder
-
1 1/2 dash(es)black himalayan salt, to taste

about 1 Tbspnature’s flavor orange food coloring (optional, for color)
How to Make Basic Scrambled “Eggs” Mix
- Blend all the ingredients To make the "Egg" Mix together in a food processor until the just start to stick together. It should smell/taste "eggy" to you when you're finished. Omit the last 3 ingredients to make a bitchin' Parmesan substitute. Also great when sprinkled on tofu when making a scramble.
- Blend all of the above ingredients to make Basic Scrambled “Eggs” Mix in a food processor . Taste for salt.
