I got this recipes from a friend of mine when i was visiting her house.. Loved it!! I changed it a little to fit my taste..

  • 1 c
    reserved cooked tomato sauce ( my recipe)
  • 4 large
  • 1/8 tsp
    ea of salt and coarse black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh chives
  • 1/8 tsp
    paprika, sweet mild

How to Make Baked Red Eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 350 f. Spray 4 ramekins with non-stick spray.
  2. Heat up the tomato sauce, then divide the tomato sauce evenly among the prepared cups. Set aside and cool to room temp, about 15 minutes.
  3. Carefully break 1 egg in each cup: sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika over eggs..
  4. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet, and cook until set for about 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with chives.. Optional add Mexican creme and cheese..
