I got this recipes from a friend of mine when i was visiting her house.. Loved it!! I changed it a little to fit my taste..

Ingredients
- 1 cup reserved cooked tomato sauce ( my recipe)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon ea of salt and coarse black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika, sweet mild
How To Make baked red eggs

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 f. Spray 4 ramekins with non-stick spray.

Step 2Heat up the tomato sauce, then divide the tomato sauce evenly among the prepared cups. Set aside and cool to room temp, about 15 minutes.

Step 3Carefully break 1 egg in each cup: sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika over eggs..

Step 4Place the ramekins on a baking sheet, and cook until set for about 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with chives.. Optional add Mexican creme and cheese..
