prosciutto thinly sliced
2 oz
fresh mozzarella cheese torn into small pieces
3 large
basil leaves ,torn
freshly ground pepper

How to Make Baked Prosciutto and Egg Cups (low Carb)


  • 1Coat 6 cups of muffin tin with cooking spray and fit each with a prosciutto slice
  • 2Divide half the cheese and basil among cups
  • 3Crack an egg into each and nestle remaining and basil around eggs
  • 4Bake at 375 until set, about 15 minutes then let rest for 5 minutes
  • 5Season with pepper. Run knife around cups to unmold
