Ingredients
- 6 slices prosciutto thinly sliced
- 2 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese torn into small pieces
- 3 large basil leaves ,torn
- 6 - eggs
- - freshly ground pepper
How To Make baked prosciutto and egg cups (low carb)

Step 1Coat 6 cups of muffin tin with cooking spray and fit each with a prosciutto slice

Step 2Divide half the cheese and basil among cups

Step 3Crack an egg into each and nestle remaining and basil around eggs

Step 4Bake at 375 until set, about 15 minutes then let rest for 5 minutes

Step 5Season with pepper. Run knife around cups to unmold
