baked eggs plus!!
I made this after remembering all the times my mom made baked eggs. Loving meat and cheese with mine,so I decided to experiment.

Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 1 slice ham
- 1 stick cheese
- 1 dash salt and pepper
How To Make baked eggs plus!!

Step 1Use a cooking spray to prepare 6 or 12 muffin tins. With a spice jar, cut precooked ham into circles and place at the bottom of the muffin tin. I tried to cut a good circle once the ham was cooked and you can see it didn't work well.

Step 2Use the same cutter to make a cheese circle and place on top of the ham. I love co-jack but you can use any kind you want.

Step 3I sometimes add a sliced canned potato or a crushed thawed tater tot on top of the cheese.

Step 4Drop an egg on top of them without piercing, but if it breaks don't fret. Then bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Step 5I like mine with toast and they are great to take to work and nuke later. They never last long enough at my house to freeze, but if you wanted to make a bunch then try one, let us know!!
