Whenever my grandchildren are here for breakfast, I make sure I've got BACON to serve. Bacon and eggs; bacon and pancakes; bacon and french toast; bacon and tomato and cheese on an English muffin-any of these are good. It doesn't matter what you serve, as long as there is bacon. If you want to get someone out of bed in the morning, just cook the BACON!

Ingredients
- 1 pound sliced bacon cooked;
- 12 medium homemade pancakes,or french toast, prepared and hot;
- 1 stick butter
- 1 jar real maple syrup.
- 4-8 - eggs, cooked to order!
How To Make bacon the favorite breakfast meat

Step 1Preheat the oven, to keep things warm. Mix the pancake batter, warm the frying pan and cook the bacon.

Step 2Make the pancakes or French toast, and remove to a warm baking dish and cover with foil loosely to keep from drying out. When bacon is done, blot with paper and place in oven to keep warm.

Step 3Cook eggs to order, mine like over-easy, some like scrambled, and others sometimes enjoy soft-boiled in an old-fashioned eggcup with butter, salt and pepper!

Step 4Serve and enjoy with milk, hot chocolate, coffee, or juice!
